Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the 1st Joint International Scientific Conference. By registering for the conference, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Registration:

1. Registration for the conference is required to attend all sessions, workshops, and events.
2. Registration fees must be paid in full to confirm participation. Early bird rates apply before the specified deadline.
3. Registration fees are non-refundable, but substitutions can be made by contacting the conference secretariat at least 14 days before the event.

Attendance:

1. Registered participants must wear their conference badges at all times during the event.
2. Access to conference sessions, workshops, and events is restricted to registered participants only.
3. Unauthorized recording or photography of conference sessions is prohibited.

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be provided.
2. In the event of cancellation by a registered participant, refunds are not available. However, substitutions are permitted by contacting the conference secretariat at least 14 days before the event.

Liability:

1. The conference organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.
2. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.
3. The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or venue as necessary. Registered participants will be notified of any changes.

Code of Conduct:

1. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the conference.
2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
3. Participants are encouraged to report any incidents of misconduct to conference staff or the designated point of contact.

Data Protection:

1. By registering for the conference, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for conference-related purposes.
2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy outlined by the conference organizers.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if necessary, through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
