These guidelines aim to streamline the submission process and facilitate a smooth review and publication process. The call is for both oral paper presentations and poster presentations.
Abstract Format
- Abstract Format
- The abstract should be in Word format, font size 12 Times New Roman, single-spaced in justified alignment.
- The abstract to be submitted in English should not exceed 300 words and should consist of:
- Title of the Abstract:
- Author(s) Affiliation,
- Author(s) (indicate the corresponding author and their Email),
- 3-5 Keywords
- The body of the Abstract (to consist of a brief introduction or background, Methods, Results, Conclusion and Recommendations)
- Each submission should indicate the sub-theme of focus and can only be submitted for one sub-theme. The paper abstract should not have been submitted or considered for publication before.
- Full papers will be requested at a later date for publication in journals, and authors will be provided with guidelines for full papers in line with the journal requirements.
- The poster should be size A0 with a font size of at least 1cm, and the graphic material should be readable at a distance of 2 meters.
- Virtual presenters are required to provide a pre-recorded video by May 31, 2024
Conference Presentations
- In-person presentations will take place at the NMK headquarters. Online presentations, both for papers and posters, are also accepted.

Conference Proceedings and Publications
- All papers submitted for the conference will be included in a conference proceedings booklet.
- Selected research papers will undergo a review process and, if accepted, will be published in peer-reviewed and reputable journals. The editorial team is consulting with various reputable journals to facilitate special issues for the conference papers. Authors will be provided with guidelines for full papers in line with the journal requirements.
- Authors of selected papers may be requested to submit full papers at a later date. Authors will receive guidelines for preparing and formatting their full papers.
- Posters are expected to be size A0, with a font size of at least 1cm. Graphic materials on the posters should be legible from a distance of 2 meters.
